Terms and Conditions for Sparkle Wise
1. Service Agreement: By engaging with our house cleaning service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a legal contract between Sparkle Wise and the client.
2. Scope of Service: We will provide professional cleaning services as agreed upon in the service package selected by the client. The scope of services will be outlined in the initial estimate provided to the client.
3. Service Schedule: The cleaning schedule will be agreed upon between Sparkle Wise and the client. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via cash, or electronic transfer.
5. Cancellation Policy: The client may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Refund Policy:
Service Quality Concerns: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will promptly address your concerns and, if necessary, schedule a re-cleaning at no additional cost. If you remain dissatisfied after the re-cleaning, we will offer a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Overpayment: In the event of accidental overpayment or double billing, we will issue a refund for the excess amount promptly upon notification and verification.
Service Not Rendered: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon cleaning service due to circumstances within our control (e.g., staff shortages, equipment failure), we will offer to reschedule the service at no additional cost or provide a full refund upon request.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact us via phone or email with your name, contact information, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. We will review your request promptly and process the refund within 5 business days, depending on your original method of payment.
Policy Revisions:
Sparkle Wise reserves the right to revise or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to customers via our website or other appropriate channels.

7. Access to Property: The client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. If access is denied, a cancellation fee may apply.
8. Liability: While we take utmost care in cleaning your property, Sparkle Wise will not be held liable for any damages or loss of property during the cleaning process.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If the client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify us within 24 hours.
10. Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide a safe working environment for our cleaning staff. This includes securing pets and valuables and informing us of any hazards or special instructions.
11. Termination of Service: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
12. Confidentiality: Sparkle Wise agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties.
By engaging with our house cleaning service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
